We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Australian Gold purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit to our warehouse.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
